She develops internal processes that help our team operate efficiently and leads the hiring and training of new team members. Kaycee works closely with Jay to ensure every family who walks through our doors receives a thoughtful and personalized experience specifically tailored to their own unique situation.
Kaycee earned her bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University in Idaho and is licensed in life, health, and annuities in the state of Virginia. She currently resides in Warrenton, Virginia and during her free time enjoys crafting, sewing, and spending time with her husband and two sons Levi and Cap.
